Methodology

Data is from the May 2018 NewVoiceMedia report titled "Serial Switchers Swayed by Sentiment" conducted by Opinion Matters. 2,002 US internet users ages 16+ were surveyed online during January 31-February 6, 2018. Respondents were female (51%) and male (49%). Respondents identified their ages as 16-24 (4%), 25-34 (28%), 35-44 (25%), 45-54 (13%) and 55+ (30%). NewVoiceMedia is a call center software solution provider.
