Methodology
Data is from the October 2018 Sizmek "Marketers Survey Results 2018: An Insider's Look at Data, Walled Gardens and Collaboration." 522 brand marketers in France (n=79), Germany (n=105), the UK (n=154)) and the US (n=184) from various industries were surveyed during April 2018 by Qualtrics. Respondents identified their job position as C-level (27%), director (18%), head of a department (21%), manager (22%) or VP (12%). Respondents' companies had annual revenues of $1-million-$100 million (29%), $100 million-$1 billion (30%), $1 billion-$5 billion (27%) or $5 billion or more (14%) with employee counts of 2-99 (6%), 100-999 (29%), 1,000-4,999 (32%), 5,000-19,999 (23%) or more than 20,000 (10%) with yearly digital media spending of less than $10,000 (7%), $100,000-$500,000 (22%), $500,000-$1 million (32%), $1 million-$5 million (29%) or $5 million or more (10%).
