Data is from the November 2019 TurnTo report titled "2019 State of Customer-Generated Content." 2,020 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online by Ipsos during August 23-September 3, 2018. The respondents identified themselves as 47% male and 53% female. TurnTo is a tech provider for customer-generated content solutions.
