Senior digital marketers were asked which metrics they use to measure digital marketing success. Responses include customer loyalty/customer lifetime value, direct revenue, brand awareness/health, leads generated/converted, customer acquisition, digital engagement and net promoter score.
Data is from the July 2019 Altimeter Group report titled "The 2019 State of Digital Marketing." 500 senior digital marketers worldwide from various industries were surveyed during Q2 2019. Marketers were based in Canada, China, France, Germany the UK and the US and were asked questions about how they strategize, produce, deliver and measure digital content.
