This chart shows where US shoppers begin their shopping experience among Amazon, Google and other, broken out by how frequently they use Amazon Prime.

Methodology

Data is from the October 2019 CivicScience survey as cited in company blog. 4,164 US internet users were surveyed online during June 19-20, 2019. Data was weighted according to the US Census aged 13+. CivicScience is an online polling company that polls consumers on their favorite websites and social networks.
