Data is from the March 2020 American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A's) article titled "Consumer Sentiment Towards Brands During COVID-19." 1,000 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online on March 18, 2020. Respondents were surveyed using 4A's market research platform, Suzy.
