Methodology

Data is from a February 2021 Topia report titled "Adapt or Lose the War for Talent" conducted by CITE Research. 1,250 UK and US full-time traditional office/desk job employees were surveyed online by CITE Research during December 11, 2020-January 12, 2021. Respondents were ages 18-64 from enterprise companies with at least 2,500 employees, and 250 of the respondents were HR professionals. Topia is a global talent mobility platform.
