Data is from an April 2021 Microsoft report titled "Customer Experience in the 2021 Financial Services Market" produced in partnership with Future Digital Finance, CXFS, and Worldwide Business Research Insights. 100 US senior professionals (director-level and above) in customer experience, marketing, IT, and marketing from financial organizations were surveyed during January-February 2021.
