Methodology

Data is from the January 2022 Capgemini report titled "What Matters to Today's Consumer: 2022 Consumer Behavior Tracker for the Consumer Products and Retail Industries." 10,179 shoppers in select countries ages 18+ were surveyed online during October-November 2021. Countries include Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, the UK, and the US. Respondents must have made a purchase of groceries, household and toiletries products, and/or health and beauty products at least once in the past six months.
