Data is from a May 2022 CDP.com report titled "Getting Personal: Consumer Perspectives on AI in Marketing and Customer Service." 2,502 US adults ages 18+ were surveyed during February 2022. 56% of respondents were female, 44% were male. 13% were ages 18-24, 26% were 25-34, 28% were 35-44, 14% were 45-54, and 18% were 55+. CDP.com is an online resource for data-driven professionals in marketing and marketing technology. It is owned and operated by Treasure Data, an enterprise CDP provider.
