Methodology

Data is from the April 2022 Shep Hyken "The 2022 ACA Study: Achieving Customer Amazement." Over 1,000 US adults ages 18-65 were surveyed online during January 6-19, 2022. Respondents were Gen Z ages 18-25 (21%), millennials ages 26-44 (38%) Gen X ages 45-56 (23%), and baby boomers ages 57-65 (18%), female (51%), or male (49%). Sample was weighted to the 2020 US Census for age, region, gender, and ethnicity with figures statistically significant at the 95% confidence level with a margin of error of +/-3.1 percentage points.
