How Signet Jewelers Reopened Safely and Stayed Competitive

Are retailers making the right decisions to reopen their store locations? This is a tough question, but one that needs to be asked.

Marketers cannot afford to back up their decisions without data. It’s critical for organizations to empower their teams to develop reopen strategies with confidence and a commitment to safety.

eMarketer was pleased to moderate a Tech-Talk Webinar featuring Anne-Queline Keller, director of solutions marketing, supply chain and retail, at Alteryx, and Gary Gruccio, director of enterprise and market analytics at Signet Jewelers. They discussed how Signet Jewelers used analytics and visualization to make tough decisions around opening its stores after all North America locations were closed on March 23.

Watch this webinar and learn how to:

  • Reopen with confidence by understanding where you have the best probability for success
  • Measure store performance relative to expectations
  • Ensure your customers have access to all services and amenities they need
