Methodology: Data is from the April 2021 Salesforce Commerce Cloud report titled "Q1 2021 Shopping Index." Behavioral data from more than 1 billion shoppers (22 billion visits) worldwide interacting with 1,989 sites across 51 countries were analyzed during Q1 2019-Q1 2021.
