All years prior are converted using US$1=RUB73.703201. eMarketer estimates for ad spending in Russia reflect a moderate outcome given the impact of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, but due to the unpredictable nature of these activities, eMarketer has also provided a severe impact scenario. The Russia-Ukraine conflict is depressing Central & Eastern Europe ad spending growth as a whole.
